General Properties

NEO BOARD have superior properties such as Waterproof Materials Flexibility and strength as per BS EN ISO 12236 :2006 Resistance against some alkalies , light acids, salts and greases Impact , tearing , bending and bursting resistance

Application

  • On Hot Applied Asphalt Liquid Membrane NEO boards are simply laid down on top of hot asphalt before it cools down.
  • On Torched Applied Asphalt Membrane exposed side of the membrane should be lightly torched in seperate spots. When the top exposed layer of the membrane changes into a sticky shiny layer, NEO Board is applied by gentle pressure. A minimum overlap of 3 to 5 cm is recomended.
  • Sheets can be directly screed printed and digitally printed ( POP & POS) it can be printed and punched to different shapes and sizes.
  • Neo Board can be used for floor protection , Waterproofing foundation shuttering, thermal insulation , wall panels , and partitions
