High Strength Trowel Grade, Epoxy Mortar (3mm +)

NEOCRETE EP C36 is a hand applied, 2 component, solvent free, epoxy mortar designed as a high strength thin section repair material to cracks, pinholes and irregularities in concrete surfaces. It has a smooth, thixotropic consistency allowing it to be applied both horizontally & vertically from feather edge to a maximum thickness of 10 mm, has excellent adhesion to most substrates and reduces consumption of subsequent coatings. It is supplied in pre weighed packs ready for on-site mixing and use, giving consistent properties and performance.

Areas of Applications

NEOCRETE EP C36 is typically used prior to the use of other ROYAL range flooring & coating products to repair small areas of chipped or damaged concrete, pin holes and other minor irregularities in areas subject to heavy traffic, impact and chemical exposure such as warehouse floors and industrial applications.

It can also be used as a general purpose bedding mortar and adhesive.
