NEOGROUT EP GP

General Purpose Flowable Epoxy Grout

NEOGROUT EP GP is a three component Solvent Free Epoxy Grout consisting of Base (A), Hardener (B) and a graded Filler (C). When mixed together, the product becomes self-leveling, free flow grout. It is designed for grouting of gap widths of 10-50mm. NEOGROUT EP GP should be used in situation where heavy dynamic loads exist, high bearing and mechanical strengths are required, or high chemical resistance is needed.

Non-shrinking with high adhesion to contact surfaces
High compressive, tensile and flexural strengths which give very good durability
High chemical resistance
Low creep characteristics under strained loading
High early strength gain
Excellent adhesion to steel and concrete
Excellent fatigue resistance
High resistance to dynamic loads, thermal effects and chemical attacks.

Large or wide plates requiring precision grouting
Pile cap waterproofing sealing
High vast lighting bases
Narrow clearance situations including anchor bolts
