ELEMENTS PU 30 A

One Component Polyurethane Joint Sealant

ELEMENTS PU 30 A is a general purpose one component, non-sag, gun grade polyurethane joint sealant which cures by moisture to an elastic and tough sealant. It is highly resilient and has excellent recovery characteristics. It can function under wide range of temperatures.

Properties

Easy to use, being one component sealant.
Excellent adhesion to different construction materials.
Excellent resistance to different chemicals and micro-organisms.
Excellent weathering and aging properties.
UV resistant, and can be applied internally and externally
Can be over painted after curing.
Remains elastic even in cold weather.
VOC compliant – Architectural sealant
Accommodates 25% joint movement

Areas of Application

For sealing movement joints in precast concrete construction, balcony parapets, bridge culverts, retaining walls etc., For caulking of joints around windows, doors, skirtings, wall/floor joints and shutter housings.
