Fairing Coat Solvent Free Epoxy Mortar (3mm or Less)

NEOCRETE EP F03 is a thixotropic two component product based upon solvent free epoxy resin, graded fillers and thixotropic agents. It is applied directly to concrete substrates without the use of a primer, and cures to a surface ready for over coating.

It shows no shrinkage. It ensures a bonding that is waterproof and resistant to atmospheric corrosion in extreme climates.

Areas of Applications

NEOCRETE EP F03is designed for application to minor imperfections in concrete surfaces. It is suitable for application from a feather-edge to 3mm, and can be used in the following applications:

Filling pinholes prior to over coating with epoxy floor coatings as NEOPOXY 100
General purpose re-profiling, bedding mortar over large areas up to 3mm.
Lining of precast pipes
Sealing of concrete surface cracks
Patching repair of concrete floors, walls and ceilings
Bonding of all construction materials (except plastic)
